At KastKing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
